I will build a fast astro or next js website that ranks on google and chatgpt
Kishan J
About this gig
Your website should load fast, rank on Google, and get mentioned by ChatGPT. I build sites that do all three.
I run three live products of my own on the same setup I use for clients, so everything I build has already been tested on real traffic.
What you get
A modern, mobile-friendly site built in Astro, Next.js or WordPress
Hosted on Cloudflare, so pages open quickly anywhere in the world
Technical SEO basics: clean structure, meta tags, sitemap, schema
AEO and GEO setup (structured data, clear answers, llms.txt) so AI tools can quote you
Search Console and GA4 connected
A plain-English handover so you can manage it
Proof: one of my sites scores 100/100 on Google's speed and SEO tests.
Send me your site or idea and I'll tell you the three things I'd fix first.
Respect third-party rights
Please be aware that it is against Fiverr's policies for sellers to include themes, templates, or any other elements that infringe third-party rights or applicable laws in the delivered work. Read more about in our Guide to Responsible Digital Creation.

Hi, I'm Kishan. I build fast websites, get them found on Google and in ChatGPT, and automate the weekly work around them.
I run three live products of my own: a games site with daily AI-published content, a US product-comparison site that scores 100/100 on Google's speed and SEO tests, and an ad platform live on 25 screens. Clients get the same tested setup.
10+ years in design as a bonus. Plain-English updates, hours that overlap with US and Europe.

FAQ
Do you build in WordPress or something else?
Both. I build in Astro or Next js for the fastest sites, or in WordPress if you want to edit pages yourself. Tell me your preference before ordering, or I will recommend the best fit.
Will my site show up on Google and in ChatGPT?
I set up everything that helps: clean structure, speed, schema, sitemap and an llms txt file so AI tools can quote you. No one can promise rankings, but your site will be ready to be found.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, text and images if you have them, plus examples of sites you like. No text yet? Send a short description of your business and I will help shape the content.
Do you host the site? What does hosting cost?
I set up hosting on Cloudflare in your own account, so you own everything. Most small sites run on free or very low cost plans. I explain the cost before I start.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Send your current site link in the order requirements. I review it first and tell you what to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. You get revisions as listed in your package, plus a plain English handover so you can manage the site. Longer support is available as a separate order.
Can you also do ecommerce or online payments?
Message me before ordering with what you need to sell. I will tell you honestly if it fits this gig or needs a custom offer.
