What equipment do you use?
I shoot video on my iPhone 15Pro. I edit with CapCut. I use professional Rode and Neumann microphones for crisp and clear audio. I have professional lighting.
What is your revision policy?
Once I shoot your video, I will only do a free reshoot if I made an error. If you want changes to script or any aspect of the video footage, there will be a fee of 50% of original charge. I do not make free changes based on personal opinion or taste. Please review my samples to see my style.
Can you use/hold my product? How can I send it? Will you return it?
Once we've agreed on price, I will tell you how you can send me your product. We will then start the order once I have received it. PLEASE: do not start an order if I am still waiting to receive the product! I can return it to you, provided you send me a postage paid label in the original package.
Can we talk in person about my project?
Yes! I charge $25 for a 15 minute zoom call.
Does this include scriptwriting?
The basic and standard packages do not include script writing. Ask me about adding it on for a fee.
Do you use the back or front camera? Will you memorize my script?
If I am in the frame and speaking then I will be using my front camera. No, I will not memorize your script - I use teleprompter for scripts.

What do you mean by "raw" video?
If you choose to purchase "raw" video, it means I will be sending you raw footage that you can edit into a final, ready-to-post video on your end. This is a budget-friendly option for some buyers, but it does require you to know how to do video editing. If you do not, please choose "edited" video.
