FAQ
What is your revision policy?
I offer free revisions for my error only. Please check my portfolio samples for style, and make sure your script and instructions are clear before placing your order. Corrections requested for artistic opinion or set/outfit/script changes will result in an added fee.
Can you hold my product/ use my app/ cut up veggies, etc?
Yes, but that is not simple "Talking Head" content. Requests like this will add time and a fee to your order.
When will I receive my order?
I am in the NYC area, EST time zone. If you place your order within normal daytime hours, I will do it quickly. If it's 3am my time, I will need to wake up, have coffee, and get my day started before I shoot your video.
What are broadcast rights and online rights?
Each package includes 12 months of online rights for use in paid and organic online ads. You may also use the content on your website or amazon listing. These packages do NOT grant Broadcast Rights for TV/Film/Radio/Streaming. Reach out to me if you need that add-on.
Where can you shoot?
My white kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, car, front stoop, wooded yard, back raised deck. I also offer a podcast set or green screen for an added fee. If you do not choose a location, I will use my best judgement.
