Nope. I create plans for home, gym, or both. Tell me what you have access to and I'll build from there.
How often should I train per week?
Depends on your goal and schedule. I typically recommend 3-5 sessions weekly, but we customize based on your availability.
Will the workouts get boring?
No. I rotate exercises, change rep ranges, and adjust intensity to keep progress moving and workouts fresh.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect. I start with foundational movements and scale up as you get stronger. Beginners see amazing progress quickly.
How long before I see results?
Consistency matters most. You'll feel stronger in 2-3 weeks. Visible muscle gain or fat loss is usually noticeable between week 4 and 6.
Can you modify workouts if I get injured?
Absolutely. Tell me what's going on and I'll adjust your program to work around it safely while maintaining progress
