Does your Japanese text sound awkward after AI translation?
I am a native Japanese speaker. I review existing Japanese for websites and apps and make it clear, natural, and easy to read.
I check:
- Grammar, typos, and awkward wording
- Tone and terminology consistency
- Buttons, menus, and short messages
- Wording against the context and limits you provide
You receive corrected text and a before-and-after table. Standard and Premium include brief English notes on key changes.
Basic: up to 500 Japanese characters and 20 text items.
Standard: up to 1,000 characters and 40 items.
Premium: up to 2,000 characters and 80 items, plus review of up to 5 supplied screenshots.

Yes, if the intended meaning is clear. If the text needs a full retranslation, I will let you know. Please send unclear text before ordering.
Q: How do you count the text?
A: I count characters in the submitted Japanese, including punctuation, letters, and numbers, but excluding spaces and line breaks. Each UI string or prose paragraph is one item. All submitted items count, including repeats. Both limits apply.
Q: What will I receive?
: Corrected Japanese and a before-and-after table in DOCX. Standard and Premium include brief English notes on key changes. I flag unclear meaning instead of guessing.
Will you test my app or website?
I review supplied text. Premium also covers visible wording and text-fit issues in up to 5 supplied screenshots. Screenshot text must be included in the editable file and package limits. Live testing and implementation are not included.
What does one revision include?
One round of changes to the original text under the agreed brief. Please send your requests together. New text, a new audience, or a new tone is additional work.
Do you use AI tools?
I personally review every Japanese edit. I will not upload your files or text to external AI tools without your permission. Please tell me about any AI restrictions before ordering.
What content is outside your scope?
Legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, and certified documents are outside this Gig. Fact-checking, plagiarism checks, and AI-detector scores are not included. Please remove personal data before sending files.
