How does the booking process work after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, I'll reach out within a few hours to confirm a shoot date and time that works for you. After the shoot, your fully edited photos will be delivered to you within 24 hours via a downloadable gallery link — ready to upload straight to your listing.
Do you cover areas outside of the Melbourne CBD?
Yes — I service all Melbourne metro areas and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether your location is covered, send me a message before ordering and I'll confirm straight away.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
Melbourne weather can be unpredictable, so if conditions aren't suitable for exterior shots, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. I'd rather push it back a day and deliver photos that look great than rush a shoot in poor light.
