I am an experienced coach. My career started in the corporate world, where I worked as Human Resources professional for more than 15 years, from specialist to senior executive such as Head of HR. From the beginning my main focus of interest was human development.

I am an enthusiast for encouraging each person to find, develop and express the best in

themselves, seek their maximum potential, pursue, and fulfill dreams and leave their personal mark with a protagonists attitude.

I feel fulfilled by supporting individuals to tap into their full potential and use it to design and build a path towards their own translation of success, discovering and developing themselves with confidence and enthusiasm.
