Yes. I can use OCR to read scanned PDFs and images. The final accuracy depends on the scan quality, layout and language, so please send sample files before ordering.
What output formats can you provide?
I can export the extracted data to Excel, CSV or JSON. For larger workflows, I can also add SQLite database storage or prepare the data for another system.
Which fields can you extract from my documents?
Common fields include invoice number, date, supplier, customer, amount, VAT, order number, reference number, delivery note number and custom fields based on your document layout.
Do I need to send sample documents before ordering?
Yes, please contact me first and send 1–3 sample documents. I will check the layout, document quality and required fields, then recommend the best package.

Yes. The Standard and Premium packages can include automatic document classification, for example invoices, delivery notes, POD documents, order confirmations or other business forms.
Will the tool work automatically for a folder of PDFs?
Yes, this is possible in the Standard or Premium package. I can build batch processing so the tool reads multiple PDF files from a folder and exports the results.
Do you provide the source code?
