Are your QuickBooks Online transactions behind, uncategorized, or unreconciled? I provide careful bookkeeping cleanup and reconciliation for small businesses, with experience supporting restaurants, contractors, and skilled-trade businesses.
My services include categorizing income and expenses, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, identifying duplicates and discrepancies, and providing a list of questions or missing information.
You must already have an active QuickBooks Online subscription and company file. My price does not include QuickBooks software or subscription fees. After ordering, you will invite me through QuickBooks using accountant or authorized-user access. Please never share your password.
Package limits apply to one business and are based on the accounts, months, and transactions shown. Contact me before ordering if your books are significantly behind, contain prior-period errors, or exceed those limits.
Tax preparation or advice, payroll, inventory, sales tax filings, accounts payable or receivable management, and internal-controls consulting are not included.

How will I give you access to my books?
You will invite me through QuickBooks Online using accountant or authorized-user access. Please never send me your QuickBooks password.
What counts as one account?
Each bank account or credit card account being reconciled counts as one account. Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure which package fits.
What if my books are several months behind or contain errors?
Please message me before ordering. I will review the scope and recommend the appropriate package or prepare a custom offer.
Do you provide tax preparation, payroll, or financial statements?
These services are not included. This gig covers transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, and identification of discrepancies within the purchased package limits.
