What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need access to your QuickBooks account, bank and credit card statements for the period being serviced, and any supporting documents needed to review your transactions.
Can you clean up books that are several months behind?
Yes. If your books are more than one month behind, please message me before ordering so I can review the scope and provide the correct pricing.
Do you work with both bank and credit card acocunts?
Yes. I can review and reconcile both bank and credit card accounts. The number of accounts included depends on the package you select.
Can you help if I don't know what is wrong with my Quickbooks?
Absolutely. You don’t have to know what the problem is. I can review your books, identify issues, and explain what needs to be corrected.
Will you prepare financial reports after the cleanup?
Financial statement preparation is included in my Premium package. I can provide standard reports such as a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet once the books are cleaned up and reconciled.
Will you make decisions about transactions if you are unsure what they are for?
No. If something is unclear, I’ll ask you for additional information rather than guessing how a transaction should be categorized.
Do you provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping?
Yes. If you need ongoing bookkeeping after your cleanup is complete, contact me and we can discuss your monthly needs and pricing.

Yes. I treat client financial and business information as confidential and only use the information provided to complete the services you requested.
