I will help you collect all your music royalties

About this gig
Most independent artists are not collecting all the money associated with their music.
I help independent artists set up their music for royalty collection and music publishing by submitting releases to 10+ key royalty and publishing entities that many artists either forget about or do not have time to manage consistently.
Submitting one song may not seem difficult at first, but once you start releasing consistently, especially with instrumentals, clean versions, radio edits, alternate mixes, and larger catalogs, managing music publishing, royalty collection, metadata, and song organization can quickly become overwhelming.
Instead of trying to manage every submission yourself or giving away a percentage of your royalties to a publishing administration company, I help you create a cleaner royalty collection setup so you can focus more on creating music.
This service may include:
- Music publishing setup
- Royalty collection setup
- Writer and publisher setup
- Catalog database organization
- Metadata review
- Lyrics and credit organization
PLEASE NOTE:
- Platform registration fees are not included
- You must own or control the rights to the music submitted

FAQ
Do I need to already have music released?
No. You can contact me whether your music is already released or you are preparing for an upcoming release.
Do I need to own the rights to my music?
For example, if you lease a beat from BeatStars or purchase an exclusive beat and write the original lyrics, you are generally eligible for publishing and royalty collection setup.
Are platform registration fees included?
No. Any fees charged by third-party platforms are separate from my service pricing. For example, some platforms like ASCAP and The Harry Fox Agency charge their own registration fees.
What kind of royalties can this help collect?
Depending on your release and current setup, this service may help organize your music for: • Mechanical royalties • Streaming royalties • Public performance royalties • Neighboring rights royalties • Digital performance royalties • Sync-related royalties • Print royalties
Can you help with multiple songs or projects?
Yes. Multi-song setup is available through the Premium package.
Why is music publishing important?
Music publishing helps connect your music to you, so companies know who to pay when your song generates money. Think of it like creating your song’s fingerprint through systems like ISRC and ISWC codes so your royalties do not go unclaimed.
My song has a sample. Can I still use this service?
Yes, as long as the sample is cleared or properly licensed. If you purchased the sample through a licensed platform or subscription service, you are usually fine. If the sample was taken from another song or YouTube without clearance, legal issues may arise later.
What if I do not know whether my song has a sample?
You should ask the producer directly. If you still cannot get a clear answer, it is usually safer not to commercially monetize the release until you confirm the sample rights.
