I create clear scientific visualizations and publication-quality figures from research data.
Figures can include heatmaps, volcano plots, PCA or UMAP plots, dot plots, box plots, violin plots, survival curves, enrichment plots, correlation matrices, pathway diagrams, and custom multi-panel layouts. I work with genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, clinical, and general research datasets.
I use R, Python, GraphPad Prism, BioRender, ggplot2, seaborn, matplotlib, and Plotly. Existing figures can be redesigned for readability and consistent styling, or new figures can be created from prepared data and clear specifications.
You will receive high-resolution PNG, PDF, or SVG files as agreed, plus editable code when included in the package. Statistical analysis, extensive data cleaning, and interpretation are separate unless included in the offer.
