Hey, I'm Chamath Fonseka.

He was very active and quick to respond before I awarded the project to him. But once I paid the fee, he became quiet and did not hear from him until the end of the day. I assume he was busy with other projects, which to me is ok. He just needs to communicate that he may be out for a couple of hours...
