If I make any substantial changes, I will comment them. If you want comments for all of the lines you paid for, you will have to pay an extra $10.
What if I can't read my code after you are done?
If you have any questions about a specific line, I will gladly answer and explain how it works. If I change anything drastically, I will leave a comment explaining what the new code does.
What do you do while refactoring.
I will reorganize and reduce duplicate code, optimize sections where I see fit, and improve readability and consistency.
