About this gig
Hi, I'm Cory - a former Amazon audiobook engineer and narrator dedicated to bringing stories to life. If you need your audiobook ready for ACX or other major platforms, you're in the right place! I offer post-production for pre-recorded audiobooks or a full package including narration, proofing, script prep, and mastering - all in one place.
Post-production includes mastering to ACX standards, billed per finished hour (PFH) or per 8,500 words. Have background noise, hum, or buzzing? Don't worry, I include free noise reduction!
Note:
- Mastering, narration, and proofing are offered in separate packages in different combinations. Choose the one that makes the most sense for your project's needs or reach out with questions.
- Sound design and music services are available in the extras section, and is charged by PFH or per 8,500 words.
- For post-production only, costs apply to punch recordings. Contact me if you used open/non-stop recording.
- If you need editing for pre-recorded audio? Message me first, as it is not included in mastering costs!
- Mastering costs listed are for single-narrator projects.

FAQ
Does this service include proofing?
Proofing is considered an extras service but can be provided! I do suggest checking all files delivered to you, to ensure you are happy with the final product.
Does my recording needs to be done and or presented in a specific way?
The best way to record is using a punch recording method. This doesn't mean I won't work with non-stop (or open) recordings; however, they will take longer to complete and cost more. You should also send me session files for any audio you want edited and not single WAV files.
What is noise reduction? How do I know if I need it?
Noise refers to any sounds that occur during your recording outside the words you speak into the mic. At times, depending on one's recording situation, noise levels can vary. There is technology to get rid of that noise but you should always do your best to keep noise to a minimum.
Do you provide free samples?
Fiverr’s structure is designed for paid test projects, so I don’t provide samples. Please refer to my portfolio or start with a basic package/offer.
