What is the difference between a one-way and a mutual NDA?
A one-way NDA protects information shared by one side only, e.g. when you pitch to an investor. A mutual NDA protects both sides when both will share confidential information, e.g. two companies exploring a partnership.
What do you need from me to start?
Full names and countries of both parties, why the information is being shared, what counts as confidential, how long it must stay confidential, and which country's law should apply.
Can I choose the governing law?
Yes. Tell me the country or state whose law should apply and I will draft the NDA around it. Non-compete rules differ a lot between countries, so please have a local lawyer confirm it before signing.
Do you give legal advice?
