Planning a shoot in Japan? I help overseas producers turn a brief into practical local arrangements. Based in Mie, with primary coverage in Nagoya and the Tokai area, I can research locations, contact Japanese venues, check access procedures, prepare schedules and support your shoot on site. Other areas are quoted individually. Basic provides up to 2 hours of remote research and written findings. Standard adds half-day coordination. Premium adds a full day of on-site support and a larger preparation allowance. All work is limited to the agreed brief and booked time. This is production coordination. Filming, equipment, legal advice, certified translation and simultaneous interpreting are not included. Location or permit approval cannot be guaranteed. I do not sign contracts or make purchases on your behalf without separate authorization. Message me BEFORE ordering with your locations, dates, crew size and support needs. Should I contact you before ordering?

Are travel and third-party costs included?
Package prices cover the stated service. Travel, accommodation, admission, permits, locations, talent, extra crew and special equipment are excluded unless expressly included in our Fiverr offer. All additions are agreed before work starts.
How do delivery dates and revisions work?
The delivery period runs from the order starting, not from the shoot date. We confirm a feasible schedule before ordering. Revisions cover corrections within the agreed brief; new locations, repeat visits, reshoots or a changed brief require a separate agreement.
Can you obtain permits and hire local crew?
I can research requirements and communicate with locations or potential suppliers within the agreed scope. Authorities and property owners decide approvals. Hiring, deposits, contracts and third-party fees require your approval and an agreed process.
Does this package include filming or interpreting?
No. These packages cover research and coordination. Camera operation can be quoted separately. Japanese location communication is available; professional live interpreting or translation needs a separately confirmed specialist.
