I will design pixel led display driver board for hub75, ws2812b pixel with esp32 wled
Pcb design
About this Gig
Is your LED display flickering, dim at the far end or glitching on 3.3 V data? Pixel display problems usually start with power and signal levels, not code. I design LED pixel display driver boards for HUB75 matrix panels and WS2812B-class addressable LEDs.
What I design:
ESP32 or STM32 controller, 5 V level shifting, HUB75 connectors and multi output pixel ports, power input with fusing and reverse protection, injection points, Ethernet or Wi-Fi control, RTC, sensors, and optional microphone for sound reactive effects.
Display specific engineering:
- 74AHCT class buffering, series damping on data lines,
- Bulk and local decoupling,
- Star grounding with high current copper for 5 V rails,
- Thermal margin and ESD protection,
- Test points and DRC and DFM review.
What You receive:
Schematic PDF, PCB layout, Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place file, assembly drawing and a power and wiring note. Native source files and 3D STEP come with higher packages.
Firmware, LED panels and power supplies are not included. Assembly is quoted separately.
Send your panel type and size, LED count, supply voltage, control method and interfaces before ordering.
FAQ
Which display types do you support?
HUB75 RGB matrix panels and WS2812B-class addressable LEDs (WS2812B, SK6812, WS2811). Clocked LEDs such as APA102 can be added on request. LCD, HDMI or LVDS controller boards are a different service.
Which controllers do you use?
ESP32 and ESP32-S3 (PSRAM recommended for large HUB75 displays), STM32 and other MCUs. Tell me your panel count and I will recommend one.
Will my panel work with the board?
HUB75 panels use different driver ICs and some need special initialization. Send the panel datasheet and I will confirm the interface before starting. I cannot guarantee compatibility with panels I have not seen.
How do you handle power for large displays?
I design fused power inputs, reverse-polarity protection, bulk capacitance and injection points, and I document a power budget. Panels are powered directly from the supply, not through the controller. You supply a suitably rated power supply and wiring.
Which CAD software do you use, and what files do I get?
KiCad, Altium Designer or EasyEDA. You receive Gerbers, drill files, BOM, pick-and-place, an assembly drawing and a power and wiring note, with native source files and 3D STEP in Standard and Premium.
Can you fix my existing LED display board?
Yes. Send the schematic, layout files and a description of the problem, such as flicker or wrong colors. I review power, ground and signal levels first and quote a custom offer.
Do you do firmware, mains supplies or certified products?
Test pattern firmware is an extra. Full firmware, mapping software, mains power supplies, outdoor sealing and EMC or safety certification are quoted separately. Message me for complex or custom requirements.
