No. You just need to give me access to your data source (form, spreadsheet, or CRM) and tell me your classification criteria. I handle all the technical setup, and you get a simple guide to use it going forward.
What platforms/CRMs do you work with?
I work with n8n for automation, Groq for AI processing, and can integrate with Supabase, Google Sheets, Airtable, and most common CRMs. If you use a specific tool not listed, message me before ordering to confirm compatibility.
Can I customize the classification categories (not just hot/warm/cold)?
Yes. The classification logic is built around your business rules — whether that's hot/warm/cold, a numeric score, or fully custom labels relevant to your industry.
Do you need access to my existing systems/data?
Yes, I'll need read/write access to your lead source (form, spreadsheet, or CRM) to set up and test the integration. All access is used only for this project, and I'm happy to work within any access limits you set.
What happens after delivery — do you offer support if something breaks?
Basic and Standard packages include the initial testing round in the price. Premium includes 1 week of post-delivery bug-fix support. Extra support beyond that can be arranged separately.
How is this different from just using a CRM's built-in lead scoring?
Built-in CRM scoring is usually rule-based and rigid. This uses AI to actually understand context in the lead's message/inquiry, which tends to classify more accurately, and the whole pipeline can also auto-trigger actions (notifications, tagging, follow-ups) — not just assign a score.
