Can you provide my transcript in a specific format?
Yes, I can share in your desired format.
In which format my file will be delivered?
Mostly transcription files are delivered in pdf, doc, and Docx format. I can provide you in your desired format.
How can I share large files?
You can share large files by uploading to google drive or dropbox, with me. You can also use wetransfer for large files up to 2 GB and share links with me.
What type of transcription you provide?
I'll provide clear verbatim transcription. But if you prefer full verbatim (with the um, uh, in the transcript), please indicate before placing an order or just send me a message.
I need my transcript in a specific format. Can you provide me in that format?
Yes. If you need any special formatting for your transcripts, please do let me know.
How do you handle unheard parts of an audio/video?
I always strive as much as possible to capture all that is said in an audio, this is why I always request for clear audios. If, however, there are any unclear parts on a file, I ensure the parts are accurately labelled as "Inaudible" and time-stamped for easy referencing by the client.
Do you do Legal or Medical transcriptions too?
Yes i'll surely do it.
