What kind of service do you provide in these sessions?
These sessions support emotional growth, self-awareness, and relationship clarity. They are not a substitute for psychiatric care or clinical diagnosis. Please consult a licensed professional in your region if you are in crisis.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are conducted online. The session link is shared only through Fiverr's delivery page, after the client confirms readiness via chat. Delivery must be accepted before the session begins.
What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
If a client doesn’t attend the session at the scheduled time without notice, it’s considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Cancellations made at the session time are also considered no-shows.
Can I reschedule my session?
You may reschedule once per session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling requests will require a new booking. Please notify in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show.
How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?
All shared information is kept confidential. Session notes (if taken) are stored securely and not shared unless legally required (e.g., risk of harm). No sessions are recorded or distributed.
