I don’t create artworks that promote: any kind of discrimination; any kind of exploitation of animals (such as the use of animals for entertainment, food, cosmetic testing, etc.); the use of fossil fuels; political entities; or that depict public figures.

1. You must be the end-client to order this gig; 2. You are limited to ordering only 1 gig quality at a time; 3. Order will only start after the requirements have been submitted; 4. Revisions consist of changes to elements of the delivered artwork, not concept changes.

I cannot provide the Parental Advisory label as it is trademarked. However, if you have filled a license agreement with the respective trademark owners, were granted such use and provide me with the label graphic, I’ll incorporate it on the cover.

While I can provide commercial use images, I cannot provide images that infringe privacy, copyright and/or private property rights, such as identifiable people, trademarks, logos or statues (that aren’t public domain).

You are granted the exclusive ownership of the artwork in JPG/PNG rasterized formats. If you choose to publicly display the artwork in this gig’s live portfolio - you will also grant me an irrevocable license to display the artwork on my online and offline portfolio.

You’re granted an irrevocable & exclusive license to use the source files to create derivative images. You cannot however: distribute them even for free; make them available on marketplaces; use any of the embedded assets on their own without proper alteration.
