what difference do the packages have?
If you buy the standard or premium package, you will receive the same as the basic package only with more figures and with the opportunity to replace one of the figures with a chibi of the same character <3
can i request a refund? (pt. 1)
Yes and no Please think about it first before doing so, when a client asks for a refund, the page lowers the artist's reputation, even though the agreement has been agreed upon. Now, I understand if an expense arose and you need the money you used to place an order, but please do not ask for a ....

refund if you are not sure about the character, I literally put in the requirements that if you are not sure about your character SEND ME A MESSAGE BEFORE I order the work...

I will not accept refunds if you are not sure about the character when you already made the payment and there are a few days until the delivery,I will also not accept if you chose to buy by mistake.
