What if I don't have any logo ? Can you create me a logo on this gigs too?
If you don't have a logo, please place your order to the logo gigs first. Once you have a logo, you can directly order this banner gigs :) But if the logo is unavailable while you still insist to have a banner, we will create a banner without a logo, only with a text and suitable background only
What should I prepare before ordering?
Your logo, the concept of your banner and the the size of the banner / type of the banner you are looking for, for example : a Youtube banner.
Do you create a customized graphic (drawing) or background in this $10 banner?
If you need any additional custom drawing with different poses of your logo mascot or for the background, there will be extra costs needed. Please message us before ordering, so we can send you a separated offer for the additional customized graphic/ drawing :)
What if I provide you with a picture of background that I want to add as background?
As long as it has a high-resolution file (JPG/JPEG) we can add/ use it into the banner's background.
How many banners will I get for $10?
ONE only :) for example: for youtube banner only. If you need a Twitch banner too, it will be another $10.
Does this $10 price include the PSD file/ source file?
The basic package of $10 does not include source file/ PSD/ editable file. But it is available for a purchase for an extra $50 ;)
What if I'm not happy with the delivery ?
Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved. You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back!
