If you hardly know what you want, no worries, we can have an open-ended communication to figure it out together :)
How many badges am I supposed to get for $10?
1 badge only, resized in 3 emote sizes (72px, 36px and 18px). This price doesn't give you a source file (AI file) nor a big size PNG either :) A request for a source file and/or big size PNG will cause an additional cost.
Your portfolio displays many badge variations (base, 3 months, 6 months, 9 month, 1 year, etc), will I get all of those variations for $10?
$10 will give you ONE variation of badge only, for example: the base badge only :)
Your packages only offer 1 badge only, what if I need more?
No problem, just add on the number of the quantity until it shows the number of the sub badges you need.
Can I have more than 1 object/ character for each badge?
Only 1 human or animal character or an object is allowed. The more figures in a badge, the harder to see the details since a badge size is really tiny.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery ?
Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved. You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back!

I initially was not sure what my badges would be, but gave Kong an idea or two, and we went from there. While I wasn’t sure the 1st pass through fit my brand (my fault as I was vague), we talked further and I gave them some reference photos which helped. Kong then came up with a better design than I had hoped for! I would absolutely work with them again!
