What should I prepare before ordering?
you must provide your existing logo file (AI/ a high res PNG file) The price doesn't include creating a new pose/ expression of your logo, not an illustration nor a new character. So, if you'd like to have a custom design (as stated), there will be additional cost. Let us know before ordering
Does this price include the PSD file/ AEP file/ a source file?
For animations, we don't provide any source files because we use some Premium Plugins which cannot be found in a standard software.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery ?
Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved. You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back!
