Product variations, copywriting, translation, image editing, category creation and automated supplier syncing require a separate quote.
This is a one-time catalog service. Website development, technical maintenance and order handling are not included.

What information do you need to get started?
Please provide your store URL, platform, product list, instructions, text, images, prices, SKUs, stock and categories. I also need a temporary staff account with product-management permissions. We will arrange access after ordering. Do not share your main account password.
What counts as one product?
One product means one simple product listing without selectable variations. Your allowance can contain new listings, updates to existing listings, or a mixture. Each listing counts once within the agreed batch. Products with sizes, colors or other variations require a separate quote.
Can you collect product details from my supplier?
Yes. Supplier Data Lookup covers finding and preparing details for 25 selected products from one agreed supplier catalog. It applies to products already included in your package and does not add extra listings. Please send a sample before ordering. You must have permission to use the supplied images
Can you update only prices or stock quantities?
Yes. For price-only or stock-only updates, send a file containing product IDs or SKUs and the new values. I will provide a custom offer based on the volume, file structure and checks required. You do not need to purchase a full product-entry package for these tasks.
Can you remove old products or organize categories?
Yes, through an agreed custom offer. Provide the exact product IDs or SKUs and state whether each product should be hidden, unpublished or permanently deleted. Permanent deletion requires explicit approval. Creating or restructuring categories is quoted separately.
Do you write descriptions or edit product images?
Standard packages use your supplied text and ready-to-upload images. Copywriting, translation, image editing and researching missing information are separate services. Supplier Data Lookup covers collecting existing information, not writing original descriptions.
Is this ongoing store management?
Each order covers one agreed batch of catalog work. Regular updates can be arranged through repeat orders or a custom offer with a defined workload. Technical maintenance, plugin updates, payment setup, automated syncing and customer order processing are not included.
