If you need a very basic hybrid WhatsApp solution, you will have record in Google or Excel sheet, I can give you button next to each row will open WhatsApp web and your message from sheet will transfer to WhatsApp web application and you will need to click "Send" on WhatsApp. If you are looking for full automated solution then see "Standard" or "Premium" packages

Standard Package

You will be given "Send Message" button and you will be able to send One Way bulk messages to your customers from Google sheet.

Premium Package

You will have your records in Google sheet and you will click "Send Message" to send bulk messages to your customers and your user will be able click buttons to respond.
