1. Why should you choose me?
Two words: illustrations and range. I don't just design layouts - I draw original artwork for your site: hero scenes, icons, characters. No other web designer here does that. I also cover branding and build sites on WordPress or Shopify. That's 3-4 freelancers replaced by one.
2. What's included in each package?
Every package comes with a custom Figma design, responsive layout for all devices, and editable source files. Premium adds 2 original illustrations. Compare packages above for the full breakdown.
3. What's NOT included?
I focus on design and visuals. Copywriting, professional photography, hosting/domain setup, and SEO are outside this gig's scope. Website development (WordPress/Shopify) is a separate service - pricing depends on the project complexity, so message me and we'll figure it out together.
4. Walk me through your process - how does this work?
We start with a detailed brief so I understand your business. Then I research your niche, put together a moodboard, move into wireframes, and build out the full visual design. You review and give feedback at each stage - no "big reveal" surprises at the end.
5. I need a working website, not just a design file. Can you do that?
Yes, but development is separate from design. I work with a senior WordPress developer - custom code, no page builders, fully optimized. You get top-tier design from me and clean code from a dedicated specialist. One point of contact - I manage everything from mockup to launch.
6. Why would I pay for custom illustrations instead of using stock?
You don't have to choose. I often combine stock images with original illustrations — it keeps the budget reasonable while adding unique accents. For key sections like your hero page, a custom illustration creates a personality stock can't match. We'll find the right balance together.
7. I also need a logo and brand identity. Is that something you offer?
Yes - branding is actually where I started. I've won Best Digital Design on 99designs and created identities for clients in 20+ countries. I can design your logo, define your visual system, and build a style guide so the website feels like a natural extension of your brand.
8. What counts as a revision?
A revision is any adjustment within the agreed design direction - moving elements, changing colors, tweaking typography. If you want to scrap everything and go in a completely different direction, that's a new concept, and we'll discuss it separately before any work begins.
9. How fast can you deliver?
