Do you provide NC code ready for my machine?
By default I deliver toolpaths + setup sheet. If you need machine-ready NC code (Heidenhain, Fanuc, etc.), you must provide the correct post-processor for your machine.
What files do you need from me?
A 3D model (STEP/IGES/STL) or 2D drawing (DXF/DWG) with basic machining information (material, tolerances, special requirements). And the tool database, the tools that you have available and that I will be able to use.
Can you guarantee no collisions?
I always check toolpaths in simulation to minimize risks, but the final verification on your machine must be done by your operator.
Do you provide setup sheets?
Yes – every package includes a setup sheet with tool list, feeds/speeds, offsets and operation order. Feeds and speeds are provided as accurately as possible based on the information given, but please note they may need adjustment on-site, since material hardness and machine conditions can vary.
What information and files do you require to start working on my project?
