I'll build a WhatsApp support bot for your Shopify store that answers "where is my order?", takes return requests and hands harder cases to a person. Return intake starts at Standard; return codes and the Slack handoff queue come with Premium.

I build these systems in Python with Claude as the AI step, connected to the tools you already use. Order-status answers and return codes for in-window returns go out automatically; returns outside the 14-day window and out-of-scope requests (bulk or corporate orders) go to a person with the chat transcript. Personal data such as phone numbers and IBANs is masked before it reaches the AI.
