Yes. I do not need to have created the original workflow, but I will need access to its structure, execution history, and connected applications.
What information should I send before ordering?
Send the automation platform, screenshots of the error, failed execution logs, workflow size, expected result, and what currently happens instead.
Does this Gig include creating a new workflow?
No. This service is for diagnosing and repairing existing automations. Small missing steps may be added when they are necessary for the agreed repair. New systems require a custom order.
Will you test the workflow after repairing it?
Yes. I will test the repaired path using sample data or a test account. Live testing depends on the access and test data you provide.
