I support Illumina (MiSeq, NextSeq, NovaSeq), Ion Torrent, PacBio, Oxford Nanopore, and hybrid datasets.
How do you handle data transfer?
Secure SFTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, or private GitHub repositories—whichever you prefer.
How do you ensure data confidentiality?
All data transfers occur over encrypted channels. I delete your raw data and intermediate files upon completion, unless you request otherwise.
How many samples can I submit per package?
Basic: up to 1 NGS sample. Standard: up to 3 NGS samples Premium: up to 5 NGS samples For larger cohorts, please contact me for a custom quote.
Can you handle non-model organisms or large genomes?
Absolutely. Whether you have bacterial isolates, plant/animal genomes, or de novo transcriptomes, I’ll tailor tools and parameters to your project’s complexity.
How will we communicate?
I use your preferred channel and provide daily status reports to keep you informed.
How do you handle long-term projects and assignments ?
Long-term projects or assignments should be discussed beforehand in order to reach the optimal solution.
