Hey! I'm known as KPG-TB. I have over 5 years of experience in Minecraft plugin development. Furthermore, I can create an advanced and modern plugin for you based on your idea.
In most plugins, I use KTools - that's my library which makes development easier and faster. It needs to be installed as another plugin. You can check it out on spigotmc or on GitHub - it's open source.
After completing the order, you have full copyright to the plugin, but you can't resell it.
Features in every purchased plugin:

For which versions you can create plugin?
I can create plugin for versions from 1.8 to the latest
What is KTools?
It's my library that makes development easier and faster. You need to install it like any other plugin. It's open source, so you can check it's code on GitHub
Which server softwarte do you support?
I support every fork of bukkit like spigot, papermc etc.
Can you edit some third-party plugins?
Sorry, but currently I only create new plugins. I don't edit/fix third-party plugins
Can you make a plugin which uses mods API on hybrid server?
Sorry, but I don't support mod integration.
I completed the order, but I found a bug. Will you fix it?
If you found any bug after purchase, I will fix it. But sometimes it may require additional payment (i.e. if bug is caused by server software or other plugin)
I completed the order, but I want to add/edit some features.
I store source code of completed plugins, so you can always contact me to add something new, but it will require additional payment
