I need your logo in a high-quality, editable vector file (like .AI or .EPS). If you only have a PNG, please ensure it's high-resolution with a transparent background.
What's the typical turnaround time?
The Basic package is delivered in 2-3 days, Standard in 3-4 days, and Premium within 5-7 days. Rush delivery may be available upon request.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive MP4 files. Higher packages include Square (1:1), Story (9:16) formats, and videos with a transparent background (MOV).
Can you create the logo design itself?
Unfortunately I can make only an animation to an existing logo
How long will the animation be?
The animation length typically ranges between 3-7 seconds, depending on the complexity of the design and effects. If you need a longer version, feel free to discuss it with me before placing the order.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes! I offer free revisions based on the package you choose. Minor adjustments are included, but major changes (like completely different animation concepts) may require an extra charge.
