What do you need in order to start a project?
I will be happy to research your product first and talk about your needs. Once we agree on the scope of the project, we focus on the creative part - creating a shot list and mood board, which is a collaborative process. In the meantime, the product is shipped and once it arrives, we can get started
When do I ship the product?
Once we agree to proceed with the project, you will send me the undamaged product. Please do not ship the product unless we agree on the details first. The project time will start as soon as the product is received.
Who covers the shipping?
You will be responsible for shipping costs and customs. I recommend shipping the product by FedEx (best option), UPS or DHL. Please do not send the product if we have not agreed to proceed with the project.
Will you update me during the process?
Yes. Feedback is the most important part of my creative process, so I will make sure you are up to date on key creative decisions.
How does your revision process work?
The revision process is quite simple - revisions can be used to correct minor details or graphics on the fine cut. Major differences are communicated in the draft version. After the draft version is approved, additional charges will apply for major changes.
Can I request filming on certain location or with a model?
Absolutely! We have a proven database of locations and models we have worked with. If you need models, send me a message and I will do my best to organize all requests. Please do not start the job before we discuss what kind of models and locations you need.
