Welcome to my Beta Reading Service! I have a true passion for working with authors with all kinds of audiences by helping you identify what is and isn't working in your story. I've beta read books in multiple genres including, but not limited to: romantic suspense, mystery/thrillers, memoirs, adventure, true crime, and more.

Are you familiar with reading and critiquing different genres and materials?
Yes! I am an avid reader (averaging over 150 books a year) and also a Freelance Writer/Editor. I've worked with new authors on motivational journals, full-length manuscripts, and even new self-published YA novel. I LOVE to read and want to help authors add more books in our libraries!
What are your credentials?
I have my AA in Mass Communications and Theatre Production, BA in English Creative Writing and Media Studies, and my MA in Human Services, Counseling. I have extensive editing experience working in different industries like higher education and published fiction.
What file format should I submit my work for critique?
I typically use Google Docs or Microsoft Word Document to track edits, changes, or comments. I do not accept PDFs at this time. Reach out if you have any questions.
What does Sample Line Edit consist of?
A sample line editing consists of 25% of your manuscript edited, with Tracking comments in either Microsoft Word or Google Doc. To get full document line editing, I offer a package add-on for the remaining 75% of the document. You can also message me directly with any questions.
