I will convert your bank statements to excel with balance verification
Receipt and Invoice to Excel, Totals Verified, English and Chinese
About this Gig
Bank statements pile up. Typing them into Excel by hand eats hours, and one wrong digit throws the whole month off.
I convert your statement PDFs into clean Excel files, and I verify every single month by calculation: opening balance plus transactions must equal the closing balance. If a month does not balance, I flag it in red and show the difference. It is never silently adjusted.
What you get:
Date, description, debit, credit and running balance in clean columns. One combined sheet plus one sheet per month. Excel, CSV or QuickBooks-ready format.
I built the conversion software myself (Pic2Sheet) and I check every batch personally before delivery. US bank statements in English and Chinese documents are both welcome.
Sample first: send me one page and I will convert it free, so you can check the format before you order.
Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. NDA available on request.
What I do not do: transaction categorization, bookkeeping advice, tax filing, or document authenticity checks. Conversion and verification only, done carefully.

FAQ
Which banks and formats?
Any US bank. PDF statements, scans or clear photos all work. Output in Excel, CSV, or QuickBooks-ready format.
How do you check accuracy?
Every month is rechecked by calculation: opening balance + deposits − withdrawals = closing balance. A month that does not balance is flagged with the exact difference, never hidden.
Is my financial data safe?
Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. I am happy to sign an NDA, and a free one-page sample lets you test the service before sending full statements.
Can you categorize transactions or import into my QuickBooks?
No. I deliver clean, verified files ready for your bookkeeper. Categorization and tax decisions stay with you or your accountant.
