Which website platform is included?
The default is a custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript brochure website. WordPress or another builder requires compatibility and scope confirmation before ordering. Hosting and paid services are separate.
Do you provide copy and photos?
You provide approved copy and images you have the right to use. I can structure the supplied content. Original copywriting, photography and paid stock licensing need a separate offer.
Are SEO and leads guaranteed?
No. Standard and Premium include specified on-page setup. Ongoing SEO, advertising and traffic generation are separate. A website cannot guarantee rankings, inquiries or sales.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated round of changes to the agreed page layout or supplied content. New pages, a new visual direction or a different platform require a scope change.
What does support cover?
Support covers reproducible defects in the agreed delivered website for 7 days (Basic), 14 days (Standard) or 30 days (Premium). New features, ongoing maintenance and third-party changes require a separate offer.
