Do I need to be a professional athlete to start?
No, you don't. I work with everyone. I help beginners who want to start running and also athletes who want to get faster. I will make a plan that fits your current level.
How does the Video Analysis work?
It is simple. You send me a video of your running. I look at your technique and tell you what is good and what you need to change. This helps you run faster and stay safe from injuries.
Can you help me get faster for football or other sports?
Yes! I am a National Champion in the 100m and 200m sprints. I know special exercises to help you become more explosive and fast on the field.
What information do you need to start my plan?
After you order, I will ask you about your goals, your sports experience, and any past injuries. I also need to know how many days a week you can train.
Do I need a gym or a professional track?
Usually, no. I can create a plan for the park, the street, or a treadmill. If you have a gym, I can add strength exercises, but it is not 100% necessary.
How do we communicate?
Answer: We talk through Fiverr chat. For Standard and Premium packages, we check your progress every week. If the training is too hard or too easy, I will change the plan for you.
Can you prepare me for a marathon?
Yes, I can. I create plans for 5K, 10K, Half-Marathons, and Full Marathons. I will show you how to build your endurance and how to rest before the race.
