I will run an on line process mapping workshop

My process mapping workshop starts with understanding what the 8 wastes are. These include, motion, transport, inventory and waiting. We then learn various process mapping techniques - basic maps, swim lane mapping, spaghetti diagram and value stream map.

We create these for some of our own processes.

The processes can be either physical or transactional or a combination of both.

Once we have a 'current state' process map we can then look for opportunity to improve. We might use brainstorming techniques to do this. We can then priories the improvements in terms of impact and cost.
