How quickly will I receive my video?
My typical turnaround time is 3-4 days after product is received. If you need your content sooner, I do offer rush delivery for an additional fee—just let me know your deadline before placing an order.
Can you work with physical products that need to be shipped?
Absolutely. If your product requires shipping, please send it promptly so I can meet the delivery timeline. I’ll confirm the address with you once the order is placed. Please note that shipping costs are covered by the client.
Do you provide raw footage as well as edited content?
Edited, ready-to-use content is always included. If you’d like access to raw clips for your own editing team, I offer that as an add-on.
