I will setup public forms in salesforce

In Salesforce, we can set up public web forms easily without using any other app and without any monthly/yearly subscription. Check out the associated video for the demo or message me to test it out actually working form for yourself.

In this gig I will create a Visualforce page that will show a web form:

• This form will be visible to the public, anyone with the URL can access this form
• On submit it will push data into any Salesforce record (One object only)
• We can use multiple objects as Well (With additional cost)
• It will show your logo
• URL will be on the Salesforce domain.
• We can use any custom or Standard object.
• Salesforce edition must be Enterprise or upper
• After submission, it will show Thank-you Page
• We can also set up additional flow, i.e. Sending emails on submission, Setting up triggers or validations (Additional Cost, Feel free to discuss with me)
• The form will be mobile responsive (Work well on mobile)
