▶️How many Labels or box packaging can I get in a single gig?
No, Logo design not included in this gig. But We do Logo design. You have to contact us. or you can add logo design from our gig extras.
▶️ I have 4/6 similar products, Do I need to pay full for each product?
No, you have to pay full for the first product packaging design only. The other will be charged at a discounted price. Contact us for details.
▶️ What I need to provide?
You have to provide an accurate size in inches/centimeters, all the content (text/images) that you want to incorporate in your packaging design, vector file of logo, color scheme, diecuts, and references that you like.
▶️ How it works?
Our process is simple, we will first work on your provided requirements and deliver the first design in a given time period then work around your feedback to improve the draft and once the design is finalized by you, we will send you all source files.
▶️ How much time does it take to get design?
We usually provide the first delivery within the time period mentioned in gig package. Although you can order express delivery GIG extra to receive your design within 12-24 hours. Each change can take up to 6-24 hours because of the difference in time-zones.
▶️ What is the purpose of 3D mock up ?
3D Mockup is an image of your product with the design on it so it will give you a visual of how the final product looked like. Also, you can publish this image on your social media account, website, or your online store.
▶️ You have high number of orders in queue, can you still work on my project?
