1. Define the customers goal of the engagement - Are we looking to increase customer satisfaction, convert leads to sales, reduce cost, increase customer experience, or explore shifting an existing team or standing a new team over seas? We will align our recommendations to this goal. Is there a future state we are looking to bridge to?
2. Explore Current State - through a variety of meetings and documents gether appropriate understanding of the current state of operations. Utilize external benchmarks and studies to surface best practice
3. Create preliminary list of recommendations - based on understanding of current state, what types of changes could make sense to the business
4. (Optional) Conduct Workshops on Information Gaps - are there pieces of the engagement which we need to go deeper on to bring a more accurate or reasonable recommendation to?
5. Readout - Present the recommendations of the engagement, the tooling needs, estimated costs and timelines to implement. Present ROI
