I will monitor your email domain health and dmarc reports

About this gig
Email authentication breaks silently.
Someone adds a new tool, changes DNS, or a key rotates, and weeks later replies dry up and invoices land in spam.
Every month I:
- Check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX on every domain
- Check your domains and sending IPs against major blacklists
- Read your DMARC reports and tell you, in plain English, who sends email as you and whether any of it is spoofing
- Send a one-page health report
On Standard and Premium, I also alert you when a check fails and fix it: small fixes up to 1 hour a month, bigger changes quoted first.
Ideal for small businesses, agencies managing client domains, and anyone sending cold or marketing email.
Setup: one DNS change sends your DMARC reports to a mailbox I run for this. I give you the exact record. No passwords needed.
Each order covers one month of monitoring. Order again to keep it running.

FAQ
What happens after the month?
You get that month's health report. To keep monitoring, order again. Your DMARC setup stays in place, so there is nothing to redo.
Do you need my password or account access?
No. I check your records from the outside. The only change on your side is one DNS record that sends DMARC reports to my reporting mailbox, and I give you the exact record to paste.
What counts as a fix?
Small changes such as correcting an SPF record, adding a missing DKIM key or adjusting DMARC, up to 1 hour a month on Standard and Premium. Bigger work is quoted before I start.
Does this guarantee my email lands in the inbox?
No one can honestly guarantee that. Monitoring catches authentication breaks and blacklist listings early, which are among the most common silent reasons mail goes to spam.
Can I monitor my clients' domains?
Yes. Premium covers up to 10 domains, which suits agencies. Each domain gets its own line in the monthly report.
