We love to receive your guidance on what you are looking for! In fact, we ask for your instructions when you place the order. Please note, if you have a style in mind (sad, happy, serious, excited) you must let us know. If we don't have the bigger picture our interpretation may not match.
Do you record lists of words?
Contact us before placing any order that is a list of English words. There is an additional charge based on the length of your script which we should discuss in advance.
Can you follow along with my provided video?
We are happy to follow along with your video or use your video for information. Please note that if this request will impact the time we need to put into your project, we must increase our price. Feel free to reach out in advance to discuss these types of requirements!
I have a problem with the file you delivered to me. What do I do?
We will happily correct any error or problems with files we deliver as quickly as possible. However, any problems must be brought to our attention within 10 days of the order being delivered. Any concerns after the standard 10 day fiverr feedback period will be treated as a new order.
