Do I need to already have a website?
No. I can build a chatbot for your website, or as a standalone bot for WhatsApp/Messenger even if you don't have a site yet.
Will the chatbot use real AI, or just fixed buttons/menus?
Both options are available. The Basic package uses guided, rule-based flows (fast and predictable). Standard/Premium can include AI-powered natural language understanding via Dialogflow or an LLM, so it can understand free-typed questions.
Do I need to pay for anything else besides your gig price?
If your chatbot uses paid APIs (OpenAI, Dialogflow CX, WhatsApp Business API, etc.), those usage costs are billed directly to you by the provider — my price covers the development and integration work only. I'll tell you upfront if your chosen setup needs a paid API.
Can you match the chatbot's look to my brand?
Yes — send your logo, brand colors, and (if you have one) a tone/personality reference, and I'll design the chat widget and responses to match.
Can the chatbot connect to my CRM or save leads somewhere?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages I can connect it to Google Sheets, most common CRMs, or a database of your choice.
How long does delivery take?
3 days for Basic, 5 for Standard, 7–10 for Premium, depending on complexity. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes, Standard and Premium include a support window after delivery for fixes and small adjustments. Ongoing monthly maintenance is available as an add-on.
