I will help recover lost items anywhere in japan
Japan Local Agent for Site Visits, Pickup and Lost Items
About this Gig
Did you leave something in Japan after your trip?
I can help overseas travelers coordinate lost item recovery in Japan by contacting hotels, stations, shops, airports, police lost-and-found offices, or other holders where appropriate.
I can help with:
- Japanese phone or email coordination
- checking pickup requirements
- explaining authorization steps
- pickup attempt anywhere in Japan when valid and travel is approved
- packing and forwarding support by custom quote
- English updates and tracking information
Important:
I cannot guarantee recovery. I cannot pick up items without the required authorization, identity confirmation, holder approval, and lawful access. Shipping restrictions may apply, especially for batteries, liquids, cash, cards, IDs, passports, fragile items, or high-value goods.
The package price is a service fee. Shipping, travel, packing materials, paid transport, special handling, and platform-fee-adjusted expenses are not included unless quoted in a custom offer.
Please message me before ordering with the item, holder, location, deadline, and any claim number.
FAQ
Can you guarantee that my item will be recovered?
No. I can coordinate, contact, and attempt pickup when requirements are valid, but the holder decides whether release is possible.
Can you travel anywhere in Japan?
Yes, if the holder allows pickup and the travel cost is approved in advance. I quote travel, lodging, local transport, packing, and shipping before work starts.
Can you pick up from a police station or railway lost and found?
Possibly, but only if they allow proxy pickup and you provide the required authorization and identity information.
Can you ship items overseas?
Yes. But shipping depends on item type, destination, carrier rules, customs rules, and restrictions. Shipping costs are separate.
Can you handle passports, wallets, phones, or laptops?
These are high-responsibility items and require a custom quote. Some may be restricted or require special procedures.
Should I order first?
Please message first. I need the item type, holding location, claim number, authorization rules, deadline, and destination before quoting.
