You will receive 2–3 carefully shortlisted candidates per role, depending on the package selected. These are screened, quality-focused shortlists, not bulk CVs, so you save time and interview only the most relevant profiles

I guarantee relevant, qualified, and well-screened candidates based on your requirements. Hiring outcomes depend on interviews and company preferences, so selection cannot be guaranteed. I guarantee quality shortlisting; final interview and hiring decisions rest with the client.
6. What information do you need to start?
To begin, I need: Job title & responsibilities, Required skills & experience, Location / remote preference, Budget or salary range, Any must-have or deal-breaker criteria, If you don’t have a JD, I can help create or refine one (Standard & Premium).
7. Can you work on urgent or time-sensitive roles?
